A bistro version of Chinese Food. At our restaurant, we make everything from scratch - eggrolls, pot stickers and our signature Shrimply Cream Cheese Wraps. Our beef dishes are not inexpensive cuts of meat that are tenderized with baking soda and oil; we use Angus Flank Steak in all of our beef dishes. We only use skinless chicken breast in our chicken dishes.
All sauces are made fresh on site. Order dishes to your liking, hot or mild, battered or unbattered, any way you like. We have a full bar with your favorite Chicago sports teams on TV. Try our outdoor patio dining area before it turns into winter again.
Enjoy a comfortable ambiance and friendly staff. If it is not perfect, let us know.

History

Established in 1999.

How did I come to run a Chinese Restaurant? When I was pregnant with my twin boys (now 16), I craved Chinese food. My husband would bring home Chinese food every night, and I really was not the least bit impressed with the quality of the food. After doing some research, I discovered that, for the most part, inexpensive cuts of meat were heavily battered and sauced. I use boneless chicken breast and flank steak in my dishes. Good ingredients result in good dishes. Having a culinary arts degree, I decided that when I had the time, I would do a Chinese place. I had two restaurants in Las Vegas that were wildly popular. I started a catering company (Cake it EZ) and also did the entire curriculum for Escoffier online baking. So the food business is in my blood! Please come check us out, and let us know if your experience is anything but, excellent. Enjoy!
